The players assume the responsibilities of the elected local representatives
and, as they develop and equip their town with public services,
they deal with different situations that arise.
This game has two levels of difficulty, so it can be used with
older children in primary school and children in secondary school.
Each card has two parts, one for 10-12 year olds and the other for
children 13 years of age and over.
