The CRECCIDE has been organizing different activities on the site
of the Lac de Bambois in Fosses-la-Ville since 1997. This 48-hectare
site belongs to the Walloon Region and is managed by the Institut
pour le Développement de l’Enfant et de la Famille (IDEF),
which also organizes environment-related projects there. |

This exceptional site has a number of water features and educational
gardens and is an ideal location to arrange activities for groups
of children, including special ‘à la carte’ activity
days. These educational activities are offered on the Bambois site
from April to October.

Bambois also has excellent circuits for road safety and cycling skills
which were built by the Walloon Region and are managed jointly by
the CRECCIDE and the Federal Police. |

The Lac de Bambois, which is a social tourism site, is one of the
most visited areas in the Walloon Region.
